PM Modi Thinking Of Giving Up Social Media Accounts

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s surprise announcement on Monday he is thinking of giving up all his social media accounts this Sunday. Twitter blew up within minutes of the sudden tweet that has left everybody wondering.

In a tweet posted late evening today, PM Modi wrote “This Sunday, thinking of giving up my social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube. Will keep you all posted”

This is really surprising to everyone and has a question in mind why is he leaving social platforms. People are requesting and wishing he should not to leave. A major lot expressed disappointment over the prime minister’s decision. People began guessing multiple reasons behind his move, which still awaits a climax on Sunday.

In a tweet tagging the PM, Rahul Gandhi said, “Give up hatred, not social media accounts.”

Even Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala also tweeted “Respected Modi Ji, Earnestly wish you would give this advice to the concerted army of trolls, who abuse, intimidate, badger and threaten others every second in your name! Sincere Regards, Citizens of India.”

The Prime Minister has 53.3 million followers on Twitter, 44.72 million followers on Facebook, 35.2 million followers on Instagram and 4.5 million subscribers on YouTube.
