What do we charge for services?

Office space and meeting room for rent listings are free. Only once we have successfully placed a tenant into the space provider’s property, will you be charged an industry-standard fee or if space providers provide base rent then we add our services charges on the base price, which we get from space providers.

How to get booking confirmation?

Meeting room booking confirmation will be sent to the clients via email after receiving booking confirmation from the space providers. The payment deposit is not a booking confirmation.

How to cancel meeting or conference space booking?

In the event that you cancel your Booking. A Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the Fee will be chargeable or we can ask to space partner to change the dates and timings.

Why team cancel the confirmed booking?

Space partner has the right to cancel a confirmed booking without refund or adjust the date and timings:

  • If the location is closed as per Govt laws.
  • If the client misbehaves with the centre team and does not follow the rules.

What if I get sent the same lead by two different companies?

If the same lead is given by two different companies simultaneously, then we support our partners in continuing their business with whichever company generates the lead first. The property manager should first send an email of rejection to the second party that has provided the lead.
