Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has expanded its prepaid portfolio by putting in place a Rs. 401 prepaid recharge plan that comes with Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for one year validity. The new Airtel prepaid plan also offers 3 GB of high-speed data connectivity for 28 days but the plan does not offer voice calling or SMS benefits.
The Rs. 401 Airtel prepaid recharge plan arrives in the midst of the complete lockdown due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which has increased user commitments to over-the-top (OTT) streaming sites such as Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix as people stay home to monitor social distances to restrict the spread of the deadly virus.
The subscription includes Disney+ shows, movies and children’s material, exclusive Hotstar Specials, and live sports. It also provides early access to the latest episodes of Indian TV shows and new Indian movie premieres.
The new Rs 401 plan can be found under the ‘Data’ section in the prepaid charging page. It is already available for recharging in all circles, and every Airtel prepaid customer can use it without any problems.
Airtel is already offering free Amazon Prime membership to prepaid customers. Airtel’s Rs 349 plan comes with one-month free access to Amazon Prime along with other benefits. Amazon’s Prime membership is valued at Rs 129 per month and Rs 999 per year. This recharging plan also includes 2 GB of data per day, unrestricted local and STD calls, and 100 SMSs per day, all valid for 28 days.
