Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi’s Old Rajender Nagar on Sunday for some tests after she is reportedly suffering a stomachache, news agency ANI reported.
Sonia Gandhi, 73, did not attend the Union budget presentation in Parliament on Saturday.
However, the agency later stated that the reason why she was hospitalised is a routine check-up.
