SS Rajamouli to postpone RRR to the summer of 2021

The makers of the widely awaited film RRR are currently preparing to delay the release of the film until the summer of 2021. There is no official word out yet, but news reports say that SS Rajamouli will soon make an official announcement about the release date of the film.

The film was originally intended to hit the big screen on July 31, 2020. The producers then pushed the release of the film to January 8, 2021. Currently, in the midst of the global Coronavirus epidemic, work on all film production projects, including shoots, is absolutely shut down.

A variety of foreign actors have also played important roles in the film RRR. RRR is supposed to be a period drama, led by Ram Charan and Jr NTR. The two leading actors will play the roles of two ferocious freedom fighters named Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt will also be featured in the Southern RRR film in a crucial role. Media reports say that Alia was expected to start filming her portions for the SS Rajamouli directory this month.

There is no news yet that Alia is going to shoot for her part, but due to the delay in filming, it is confirmed that the film will not be released on January 8, 2021, as announced earlier by the producers. However, the shooting schedule has been delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis.

The latest update indicates that the director of the RRR will soon announce a new release date. Previously, the RRR makers had unveiled the first look of the South actor cum producer Ram Charan, and the fans were very pleased to see it.
